In our production process we use the latest technology and machinery, almost never using human hands. Our process ensures the freshness and quality of our extra virgin olive oils, taking only two hours from the tree to our tanks. Our professionals are attend to every detail perfectly, and the final product is optimal. After receiving the olives, they are washed and separated from leaves and branches. Then they go to the press where, with a temperature-controlled system, we separate the oil from water remaining, and then move it to our vats where it is protected from oxygen and light in stainless steel tanks. Our extra virgin olive oil is constantly monitored by experts, producing the best extra virgin oils.
